Touri’s duty entails coordinating the various teams and vendors in ensuring the smooth transition of every event from ideation to implementation, taking cognizance of key details or elements and making sure there is an equilibrium of creativity and professionalism in all aspects, above all meeting and surpassing every clients desire as well as the company’s set targets.

To know how to do something well is to enjoy it.

A linguistics and communication graduate from the university of port harcourt, he also loves Traveling Adventures, photography and Social Networking.

Nicholas Egbedi

Design Officer. 

He deploys his expertise from the ideation to the execution of concepts and ensures that clients are duly satisfied.

Nicholas has a knack for attention to details and that is the hallmark of Events By Claud.

A Bachelors Degree holder of Mass Communication from the prestigious Delta State University. 

A fitness enthusiast, an unprofessional point guard in regulation basketball game and a terrific goalkeeper. 

He enjoys travelling, interacting with intellectuals, plays chess and can sacrifice anything for client’s satisfaction.

Akinbode Olubayo Akeem

Design Manager 

Akeem is responsible for ensuring the team meets and surpasses its goals and is on track to achieve its vision.

Ensuring consistent quality with our designs as well as customer satisfaction using his banking and finance skills obtained from the polytechnic Ibadan.

In his spare time he enjoys cooking, a Chelsea fanatic, and enjoys movies especially with his son and daughter.

Loretta Ojei

Head of Events Coordination

Lorretta guides the full process of event production from visioning to execution. She leads the Event teams and ensures effective team-client communication. She is known for her warm manner and firm control, which she wields perfectly to sooth nerves and extinguish figurative flames. She is also responsible for managing the bridal services division. Previously, she was a P.A. to the D.G.P., Malcoup Energy as well as an HR Assistant at the Lekki Conservation Center. She obtained a BA in international Studies and Diplomacy from the University of Benin. In her spare time, she loves travelling, hosting dinner parties, and reading.

Somto Claud Nwachukwu 

Founder & Creative Head

Somto discovered his passion for producing events in his first year at Delta State University. Soon after, he was designing the student government events, and Claud Events was born.

After (years of underpaid student events and weddings) attaining his Diploma in Law and Linguistics degree, he worked for one of the largest event management companies in the country. The experience, in which he rose quickly from unpaid intern to Head of Operations, allowed him to hone in his skills and expand his vision. Seeing that scale of organization and performance completely transformed his conception of the possible, and his desire to push boundaries intensified. He sent in his resignation letter and reopened his shop. Events by Claud was reborn; but now, with eyes on the stars.

Despite the success of Events by Claud, Claud is still very hands-on in the creative sphere. Alongside managing client acquisition and correspondence, he is a part of the concept creation, and all the way down to the event execution. His passion for event management and design invigorates the team. When they succeed in tackling him down to rest, he enjoys watching animated cartoons, gardening, travelling, and almost too frequently sketching.
